WOLFE, Wolfe Legal Solutions PC, who will present a LEGAL ETHICS UPDATE to our members. Ms. Wolfe, a Certified Legal Specialist (“CLS”) in both Legal Malpractice Law (State Bar of California), and Civil Trial Law (National Board of Trial Advocates), will discuss the State Bar's new trust accounting CTAPP requirements, as well as conflicts of interest.
