We are very pleased to have attorney GABE P. WRIGHT, Partner at Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP, as our speaker for September, presenting “NEGOTIATION SKILLS FOR LAWYERS: INSIGHTS, TECHNIQUES, AND EFFECTIVE USE.”   

In this program, Mr. Wright will cover such topics as how to identify the personality type of the lawyer with whom you are negotiating; 12 tactics that can be used by attorneys to achieve better results in negotiations; and how these negotiation skills may be used in, and be impacted by, the current pandemic environment where mediations, depositions, and other communications are taking place online instead of “in person, face to face.”

Gabe P. Wright is a Partner at Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP, where he serves as Co-Chair of its San Diego Litigation Practice Group and its National Diversity and Inclusion Committee. 

At Hahn Loeser, Mr. Wright focuses his litigation and trial practice on complex business, commercial and insurance issues, real estate matters, professional liability issues, and class action litigation involving consumer and commercial high stakes matters. His experience involves representation of clients in both state and federal court throughout California and across the United States.
