La Jolla Bar Association MCLE luncheon on Thursday, March 12, 2015, at noon, at the Manhattan Restaurant in downtown La Jolla with David Semelsberger, Esq.
The La Jolla Bar Association is pleased to have as our speaker David Semelsberger, Esq., who will present “Dealing with Difficult Witnesses/Opposing Counsel in a Litigation Context.”
David Semelsberger is a partner with the law firm of Allen, Semelsberger & Kaelin, LLP. David’s practice includes business law, real estate,and civil litigation. He has received the Outstanding Trial Lawtyer award three times (1994, 1998 and 2005).
David was educated at the University of Durham, England, and St. Vincent College where he received his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude. He studied law at the University of Notre Dame Law Center in London and earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of San Diego. While there, he was executive editor of the law journal, En Banc.

General Information on LJBA Luncheons
The La Jolla Bar Association (LJBA), which is an approved MCLE provider, holds monthly luncheons of its members on the second Thursday of each month, except in August and December, which are reserved for the LJBA Summer Beach Party and the LJBA Holiday Party, respectively. This month’s luncheon will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2015, at the Manhattan Restaurant in the historic Empress Hotel on Fay Avenue in downtown La Jolla, commencing at noon.

- Members of the LJBA may attend at no cost, other than the cost of lunch (which they are expected to purchase).
- Non-members may attend for a $20 charge plus the cost of their lunch.
