Thursday, September 11, 2025 — MCLE Luncheon — Joanna Storey Mishler

We are very pleased to have as our September speaker, Joanna Storey Mishler, Senior Counsel with Rosing, Pott & Strohbehn, who will present “Legal Ethics Lessons Learned From Fictional Attorneys.” During this entertaining and worthwhile program, our speaker will use scenes from films and television shows that depict fictional attorneys involved with thorny, or not so thorny, legal ethics issues, and then discuss how California Rules of Professional Conduct would apply to the situation, and whether the attorney got it wrong or right.
The program will provide 1.0 hour MCLE ETHICS credit, and we hope that all of you will be able to participate in this educational program being given by Ms. Storey Mishler.
