Thursday, February 12, 2026 — MCLE Luncheon with Deborah A. Wolfe

Please calendar our upcoming MCLE lunchtime program on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 12:00pm, at the Living Room Coffeehouse & Bistro, 1205 Prospect Street in La Jolla.
Ms. Wolfe, a Certified Legal Specialist (“CLS”) in both Legal Malpractice Law (State Bar of California), and Civil Trial Law (National Board of Trial Advocates), will discuss the specifics of this Rule of Professional Conduct which took effect August 2023. RPC 8.3 requires a lawyer to report certain types of conduct by other lawyers to the State Bar, and it is essential that you understand this Rule to avoid its potential ethical landmines.
We hope that all of you can attend this 1.0 hour ETHICS MCLE credit program.
