Thursday, November 14, 2024 — MCLE Luncheon — Catherine M. Swafford, Ann Kinsey Schu, Sara A. Pike

We are very pleased to have as our November speakers, attorneys Catherine M. Swafford,  Ann Kinsey Schu, and Sara A. Pike, who will collectively present a program on “Recent Developments in Probate and Trust Law, and Estate Planning in 2025 (in light of planned and anticipated changes in pertinent Tax Laws).”

This program is certain to be both interesting and informative for our members, given our speakers’  extensive experience with,  and knowledge of the subject matter of their presentation.   Additionally, two of our presenters are current members of our bar association, and the third a past member of our group, so it is especially gratifying to have them presenting this program to our association’s members.

This program will provide 1.0 hr MCLE general participatory credit for attendees.

Zoom broadcast of this program will be available for those unable to attend in-person.
