Our speaker this month is attorney ERIC TOWNSEND, Law Eagles, P.C., whose practice focuses on representing personal injury victims, property damage claimants, and clients in insurance claims litigation, including bad faith litigation. Mr. Townsend will present LITIGATING FIRST PARTY INSURANCE CLAIMS, in which he will cover assessment of claims, evaluation of damages, and what Plaintiffs need to prove to obtain recovery.

Information about Our Speaker:

Eric Townsend is a United States Marine and served from 1995 to 1999.   After graduating from USD School of Law he began his private practice in 2010, under the firm name, the Law Eagles.  He predominantly works in the areas of First Party Insurance Litigation for property damage and personal injury.
