We are very pleased to have David S. Bright, founding partner of local law firm White & Bright, and mediator with West Coast Resolution Group, as our May speaker. After 45 years of litigation, dispute resolution, and mediation experience involving real estate, trusts and business disputes, Mr. Bright retired to pursue his passion of mediating cases to successful and cost-effective conclusions. He draws on his extensive experiences as both a lawyer and private mediator in speaking to our group about The New CAR RPA-CA: What’s It All About?  in which he will walk participants through the banner changes that have been made to this cornerstone real estate form, and will explore their implications for both you and your clients.

Additionally, Mr. Bright will provide us with a Legal Update on Hot Issues in the current real estate Seller’s market, with some important “takeaway” considerations.

The program will provide 1.0 hr general CLE credit.
