Event placeholder
We are very pleased to welcome Miles D. Grant, of Grant and Kessler, APC, as our speaker for this event:
Friday, November 12
12:00 pm via
Zoom meeting

You will not want to miss this program, as it will focus on that most important (and often overlooked) component of a lawsuit for monetary recovery – the pre-litigation evaluation of judgment collectability at the end of your case.

Our speaker is the preeminent attorney in this practice area, Miles D. Grant, Grant and Kessler, APC, who will present “Due Diligence and Collection Considerations of Your Client and Adverse Parties Including Alter Ego Claims” covering:

  • Due diligence of the potential client
  • Is the debtor good for the money?
  • if the debtor is not good for the money, could others be liable for alter ego or other reasons, and are the others good for the money?

The program will provide 1.0 hour MCLE credit, to include Q&A session, and we hope that all of you will attend.
