SUMMARY:La Jolla Bar Association 2023 Summer Beach Party!
DESCRIPTION:The La Jolla Bar Association’s Annual Summer Beach Party: \nLa Jolla Beach and Tennis Club\, 2000 Spindrift Drive\nFriday\, August 4th – 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.\nTables and chairs will be set up and our location\, Beach Sections U\, V\, W at the north of the Beach Club\, will be marked with a table sign. \nAs a convenience to our attendees this year\, the LJBA is providing Phil’s BBQ\, as well as soft drinks\, wine\, beer\, ice\, and side dishes for the group. A grill will be available for those of you wishing to bring your own food item to barbeque. \nCOME EARLY AND STAY LATE – you are welcome to arrive earlier in the day and use the Beach Club facility if you like. Please bring warm clothes for socializing after sunset\, as the weather can turn chilly/damp at the beach. \nAttendance is limited to two adults per member (i.e.\, the member and spouse/significant other/or other adult friend or relation); and the children/grandchildren of the member. \nADVANCE RESERVATION & FEES REQUIRED – see below: \nPayment of Beach Club guest fees of  $21.00 per person is required for each adult and for child 13 years of age and older (the LJBA will cover the guest fees for children 12 years of age and younger) Your reservation with payment must be received not later than close of business on Friday\, July 28\, 2023. \n(*note: this year\, paying  Beach Club guest fees online at our website is the only means to process payment for this event—the cost is $21 per person\, to include processing fees).  \nIf you are already a member of the Beach Club\, you are not required to remit guest fees to the LJBA; however\, we do ask that RSVP per below so we can have an accurate count for food and beverage purposes. \nOur number of available reservations for this event is strictly capped at 40 attendees. We typically reach that limit in advance of the cut-off date\, so please process your reservations ASAP\, as follows: \nONLINE RESERVATION — 2 STEPS REQUIRED — Make Your Reservation By:\n (1) Processing payment of the Beach Club guest fees online through the La Jolla Bar Association website’s PayPal feature. \n(2) Once you have made your payment\, please complete your reservation by emailing your name & your guests’ name(s) to our President\, Aaron Schu at aaron.schu@quarles.com. Please include ages for all children/grandchildren under the age of 13 years. \n  \nYOU MUST COMPLETE THE SECOND STEP OF EMAILING INFORMATION TO AARON SCHU IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE RESERVATION AND TO CLEAR YOUR NAME (AND YOUR GUESTS) WITH BEACH CLUB FRONT GATE SECURITY. \n
