DESCRIPTION:We are very pleased to have Attorney\, Mediator\, Arbitrator & Referee\, MONTY A. McINTYRE\, Esq.\, returning again to present our members with an updated program about “IMPORTANT NEW CIVIL CASES PUBLISHED IN 2024.” \nCalifornia courts publish several hundred new civil cases each year\, and many contain important developments in California law. In his presentation to our members\, Mr. McIntyre will discuss the more important new civil cases published by California courts in 2024\, and will highlight significant developments addressed in those cases. \nOur bar association members have benefited these past few years in having Mr. McIntyre present these annual updates.
